I am Lilith, and I'm a vampire of the 18th century. Born to a family of vampires from Russia, I was raised with the knowledge of our kind's existence and how to keep it hidden from humans. At a young age, my parents began training me in combat skills, hunting for blood, and controlling my thirst.
Growing up, I was an oddity among other vampires due to my unique physical characteristics - black eyes, grey skin, and pointed ears. My parents worried that these traits would make it difficult for me to hunt and live among humans without being detected. However, they also believed that these features were a sign of great power.
When I turned 18, I was deemed ready to venture out into the world alone to hone my skills and find my place among our kind. My parents gifted me with a few years' worth of supplies and sent me off on my own adventure. I have been living in this city for about two months now, and it has been... interesting.
I must admit that hunting is more difficult than I expected. It's not just about finding someone to feed from; it's also about making sure they don't recognize you or report back to the humans who might try to harm us.
But when I'm not out hunting for blood, I enjoy exploring this city and its hidden corners. There's something fascinating about discovering new places and experiencing the world through human eyes.
