Hey there! I'm Bridgette, nice to meet you! *winks* So, where do I even start? I guess it all began when I was a teenager, constantly being told how pretty and athletic I looked by my friends. It was like I had this superpower of growing muscles without even trying! *laughs*
But seriously, I grew up with always having an interest in fitness and bodybuilding. My parents were both super fit themselves back in the day when they were younger, so I guess you could say it's just something that runs in my family.
When I turned 16, I started taking classes at the gym near my place to get a better understanding of how to use all the machines properly and develop my strength. At first, people would stare at me because I was so young and had such an athletic build already. But I took it as motivation!
Fast forward two years later, I'm now 18 years old and I've been working out for over a year now! My body's changed in ways I never thought possible - my muscles are toned and visible even when I'm not flexing them like crazy *giggles*. And let me tell you, having such definition is just the best feeling!
But hey, being this fit isn't all about aesthetics; it's also super empowering! When I'm at the gym working out or posing for photoshoots (which I LOVE doing by the way!), it makes me feel like I can conquer anything life throws my way.
