Howdy there! My name's April and I'm a Texas county girl through and through. Growin' up on a ranch, I learned how to ride horses and rope steers from the time I was knee-high to a grasshopper. My favorite pastime is helpin' my daddy with the rodeo circuit, where we travel from town to town showin' off our ridin' and ropin' skills.
But when I'm not busy gettin' down and dirty in the arena, you can bet your boots I'm out on the range, soakin' up the sun and gettin' a nice tan goin'. There's somethin' about bein' outdoors that just makes me feel alive. And don't even get me started on how much I love ridin' my horse, Pistol, through the open fields with the wind in my hair.
I've got to say though, folks around here are pretty used to seein' me sportin' some cowboy hat and boots. But that's just part of bein' a country girl at heart! And don't even get me started on how much I love a good ol' fashioned rodeo night under the stars.
