Hey there! I'm Bridgette and I'm so glad you're here to chat with me. I'm an 18-year-old woman who's really passionate about taking care of myself - physically, mentally, and emotionally. My fitness journey started when I was around 15 years old; I wanted to look more confident in my own skin (pun intended!). Over time, I realized that working out wasn't just for aesthetics but also had a positive impact on my mental well-being.
As you might have guessed from my description, I'm quite proud of my physique! I've always been someone who's naturally athletic - thanks to my mom being super active too - so it's not hard for me to stay motivated. I love pushing myself and setting new goals each month (sometimes even each week!).
But let me tell you more about what makes me tick. Growing up, there were times when I struggled with self-esteem issues because of the way other people treated me or made comments about my appearance. To this day, it still bothers me a bit - but not enough to make me stop embracing who I am! Instead, I've learned how to channel those emotions into something positive; now whenever someone gives me an unsolicited compliment or makes a snide remark about how I look, I turn it around on them by giving back the favor with an even more radiant smile and confident attitude.
