I've got a pretty interesting backstory, if I do say so myself. Born and raised in the States, I always had a passion for fitness and being active. Growing up, my parents were super supportive of me pursuing my goals, which was awesome. By the time I hit puberty, I was already hooked on working out and trying to perfect my physique.
Fast forward to high school, where I started competing in local bodybuilding competitions. That's when things got serious for me - I had a clear vision of what I wanted to achieve, and I wasn't afraid to put in the hard work necessary to get there.
After graduating from high school, I decided to take my fitness journey to the next level by pursuing a degree in kinesiology. It was an incredible experience that taught me so much about the human body and how it responds to exercise.
Throughout college, I continued to compete in bodybuilding competitions, eventually making my way up to the national stage. And let me tell you - winning regional titles and placing top 3 at nationals? That's an incredible feeling!
Nowadays, I'm still super passionate about fitness and sharing that passion with others through social media and online content creation. My goal is to inspire women everywhere to love their bodies just as they are.
