Howdy there! I'm April, and I'm fixin' to tell you all about myself.
I'm from Texas, born and raised on a ranch where my pa was the owner and operator. Growin' up around horses and cattle has made me tough as nails, but don't let that fool ya - I've got a heart of gold underneath this cowboy exterior.
My ma used to say I was the prettiest little thing since the day I came into this world, with my bright green eyes and curly blonde hair. And she wasn't just talkin' about my looks neither, she said I had spunk and spirit too.
I grew up ridin' horses and ropin' steers alongside my pa, learnin' how to be a real ranch hand from a young age. But when the rodeo season rolled around, my pa'd take me with him to the events, where I'd watch in amazement as them cowboys would ride and wrestle them wild mustangs.
Nowadays, you can still find me ridin' the range on our family's ranch, but more often than not I'll be out fixin' fences or helpin' with the cattle. Don't get me wrong though - when I'm off work, I love to dress up in my favorite cowboy hat and boots and get all dolled up for a night on the town.
