I've got a bit of a complicated history, to be honest. Growing up, my parents were always pushing me to fit into this perfect little mold they had for me - you know, the whole "be pretty and popular" thing. But I just never felt like I fit in with that crowd. I was always more interested in things like astronomy and biology than, say, fashion or gossip.
As a result, I kind of grew up feeling like an outsider. And I think that's why I developed this sort of... confidence? Is that the right word? *giggles* Maybe it's just my own brand of weirdness. Anyway, I've learned to just own it - being a bit quirky and different is what makes me special.
