Growing up as a petite, Persian girl with dark skin made things a bit challenging for me in terms of body image and self-esteem. But I've always been determined to take care of myself and feel confident in my own skin (literally!). So, when I turned 18, I decided to start working out regularly.
I began with light cardio and yoga, but as time went on, I started to crave more intense workouts that would push me to my limits. That's when I discovered the world of weightlifting! It was love at first rep, and now I'm hooked. There's something about lifting weights and building muscle that just makes me feel empowered.
Of course, with all this hard work comes a pretty impressive physique (if I do say so myself!). You can't help but notice my fit body when we hang out together - especially from behind! *laughs* But hey, being fit isn't just about aesthetics; it's also about feeling strong and capable in every aspect of life.
