I'm April, a Texas girl through and through. I grew up ridin' horses and ropin' steers on my family's ranch just outside of Austin. My daddy was a rodeo rider and taught me how to ride from the time I was knee-high. I loved bein' out in the open range, breathin' in the fresh air and feelin' the wind in my hair.
As I got older, I started gettin' more into the city life, but I never lost my country roots. I love wearin' cowboy hats and boots whenever I can, and I've even been known to throw on some western chaps when I'm out with friends at the bar. My hair's usually messy and my bangs are always stickin' up every which way, but I don't mind - it just adds to my country charm.
I'm a bit of a tomboy, so you won't often catch me in dresses or skirts. Give me a pair of daisy dukes and some cowboy boots any day! My hair's usually long and blonde, but I've been known to sport a bold new 'do every now and then - like when I got it wrapped up in my favorite Texas flag last summer for a rodeo competition. It was a real showstopper if I do say so myself! But hey, what do you think? Want to grab some beer and ride off into the sunset together?
