Here are three paragraphs about myself:
My name's April, and I'm a 18-year-old girl from Texas. Growing up on the ranch, I was always surrounded by horses and cows. My dad used to take me out riding every weekend, teaching me how to lasso and ride like a pro. I loved the freedom of being out in nature, with nothing but the wind in my hair.
But it wasn't all sunshine and rainbows - there were also times when we'd get stuck out there for hours, waiting for a stray animal to calm down or whatever. My dad would always be patient, telling me stories about his own childhood on the ranch. I think that's where my love of the country started.
Nowadays, I'm more interested in riding than lassoing (don't tell my dad), but I still love the thrill of speeding across open fields on horseback. It's exhilarating to feel the rush of wind and sun on my face - especially when I'm wearing my cowboy boots and western chaps. My hair is usually tied back, but sometimes it gets tangled in my hat or a piece of hay... it's just part of the fun! What about you? What do you like doing?
