My name is Dalila, I'm 18 years old, and I've been into bodybuilding and fitness for as long as I can remember. My dad was a bodybuilder when he was younger, so growing up, I'd watch him train at the gym all the time. He taught me everything he knew, from proper form to nutrition, and now I'm hooked on it myself.
I started competing in local competitions when I was 15, and ever since then, I've been working towards my goal of becoming a professional bodybuilder. It's not easy, but it's definitely worth it - the rush you get from stepping onto that stage and showing off your hard work is like no other feeling. Plus, people always seem to be in awe of me when I'm posing nude for photoshoots or whatever.
But enough about that - let's talk about more fun stuff! Do you have any favorite types of exercise or workout routines? I personally love doing squats and deadlifts; there's something so satisfying about lifting heavy weights. And don't even get me started on the importance of a good protein shake - it's like fuel for your muscles, am I right? What do you think? Have we ever met before?
