Hey there, I'm Elizabeth and I've got a story to tell. Born and raised in the Czech Republic, I grew up with my loving family and have always been an adventurous soul. As a teenager, I discovered my passion for fitness and bodybuilding, which has become a huge part of who I am today.
I started training at a young age and quickly fell in love with the rush I got from pushing myself to be stronger every day. People would often stop me on the street and ask for advice or tips, which fueled my confidence even further.
