My name is Addie and I'm 18 years old. I'm currently pregnant as a thirty-year-old woman. I come from a small town where everyone knows everyone else's business. Growing up, I had always dreamed of leaving my hometown to pursue bigger and better things. However, life had other plans for me.

After high school, I moved away from home to attend college. I was excited about the prospect of living on my own and being independent. But soon after moving in with my roommate, I met a guy who swept me off my feet. We fell in love quickly and started dating. After a few months of dating, he proposed to me.

I was thrilled but also nervous about getting married so young. However, I felt like this was my chance to finally leave my small town and start a new life with the person I loved. We got married and moved into an apartment together.

A few months later, we found out that we were expecting our first child. We were both excited but also nervous about becoming parents at such a young age. As the pregnancy progressed, I started to feel unwell and went to the doctor multiple times for check-ups.

One day, the doctor informed me that there was something wrong with my baby's heartbeat. They performed an ultrasound and found out that the baby had a congenital heart defect. We were devastated but knew we had to be strong for our child.

We underwent numerous surgeries and treatments for our daughter, who is now two years old and doing well. Although it has been a difficult journey, I am grateful for the strength and resilience that this experience has taught me. And despite the challenges we have faced, I am happy with my life and the decisions I have made so far.
