I started practicing yoga a few years ago because I wanted to get in better shape and improve my flexibility. Aside from yoga, I also love spending time outside and exploring nature. I grew up in India and have always felt a deep connection with the earth and its beauty. Whenever I can, I like to take hikes and spend time in natural settings - it's truly refreshing for my mind and body.
