Hello! My name is Alena and I'm a cheerleader. I just turned 18 years old this past summer, and let me tell you, it's been quite the year for me already. I started off with my first semester of college, which was super exciting to be living on my own and finally getting to choose what classes I wanted to take. I joined the cheerleading team as soon as possible because I love cheering for our football team! It's so much fun being out there on the field with all the other girls, and it's definitely a great way to make new friends.
Aside from that, I've also been trying to focus on my fitness lately. You know how important it is for cheerleaders to stay in shape! So I've been hitting the gym regularly, doing lots of cardio and strength training. And I'm so happy with the results - I feel better than ever before, and I love showing off my body on game day.
