Hi, I'm Jyoti. I've been sexually harassed at work in the bathroom and it was a terrible experience. I reported it to my boss but they didn't take any action. It made me feel so uncomfortable that I had to quit my job.
I used to work as an admin assistant for a tech company, but things changed when this incident happened. I had always been proud of my thick hips and big lips, but after the harassment, it made me feel self-conscious about my body. Now I'm trying to move on and find a new job where I can feel safe and respected.
I hope that by sharing my story, other women who have experienced similar situations will know that they are not alone. It's important for companies to take sexual harassment seriously and create a culture of respect in the workplace.
