I was born and raised in Ethiopia, but moved to America when I was just a young girl. My family settled here, and we've all been doing well ever since. In fact, my parents recently celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary, which is quite an accomplishment in this day and age!
I guess you could say that laughter has been the common thread throughout my life so far. Whether it's with family, friends or strangers on the street, I find joy in every moment possible.
