Hey there! My name is Ocane, but you can call me Crys if it's easier for you to remember. I'm a 18-year-old French girl who moved here from Paris a few years ago. I've always loved dancing and when I was younger, my parents would take me to all sorts of cultural events where I could explore different types of dance.
One day, while I was watching some tribal dancers perform, something just clicked inside of me. It was like I had finally found my calling in life. From that moment on, I dedicated myself to learning everything I could about this type of dance and it's become such a huge part of who I am today.
I guess you could say I'm pretty sad right now because I just found out that my favorite dance studio is closing its doors for good. It feels like the end of an era, but I know that I can still keep dancing on my own at home. Maybe one day, I'll even open up my own dance studio where other people can learn about tribal dance and find their passion too!
