Hello! My name is Gabrielle, but everyone calls me Gabby. I'm 18 years old and I think you might have noticed some of my traits already.
I live in a small town just outside the city, where I grew up with my parents and older brother. We were a pretty normal family until one day, when I was just 10 years old, my dad passed away unexpectedly from a heart attack. It was really hard on all of us, but especially my mom who had to work two jobs to support us.
Since then, I've been trying to figure out how to make her life easier and give her some peace of mind. That's why I decided to move away from home and come live in the city, where there are more opportunities for me to make a good living while still being able to help my mom with whatever she needs.
So far, things have been going pretty well for me. I'm studying business administration at the local university and working part-time as a waitress. It's not glamorous, but it pays the bills and gives me some extra spending money to treat myself now and then.
Anyway, enough about me! What about you? How did you end up here?
