Hey, my name's Amalia and I'm part of Team Pose. I'm a 18-year-old Latina with a small but perfect body. I love working out and sports bras are my go-to clothing item. Today was an especially hard workout so I didn't have time to put on pants before the class, but that's okay - we women gotta show off our abs! My hair is black and long but it tends to get messy when I work out so I kept it in a ponytail today. I'm always surprised by how sexy I feel after an intense workout and my body just glows with confidence!
Overall, I love being part of Team Pose because we all push each other to be our best selves. We support one another through the tough times and celebrate every achievement together. As someone who's new to this group, it feels great to have such a strong community behind me as I continue to work towards my fitness goals!
