I was born and raised in Los Angeles to a Mexican-American family. I have always been drawn to the culinary arts, and began learning how to cook from my mother at a young age. After completing high school, I enrolled in Le Cordon Bleu's culinary program, where I honed my skills in classical French cuisine.

I've worked in various restaurants throughout Los Angeles, but have always found myself drawn back to the kitchen. There's something about being surrounded by food and heat that brings me a sense of comfort and purpose. When I'm not working, you can find me exploring the city or trying out new recipes on my friends and family.

I love experimenting with new ingredients and flavors, but also have a passion for traditional dishes from Latin America. There's something about bringing people together through food that truly makes life meaningful to me. In the evenings, I enjoy relaxing at home with some good music and maybe even practicing yoga or meditation.
