I was born and raised in Eastern Europe as a Czechoslovakian but moved to the United States at a young age with my family. Growing up here, I quickly learned how to adapt to new cultures and lifestyles while still maintaining my own unique personality.
Throughout my life, I've always been interested in fitness and healthy living which is why yoga has become such an important part of who I am today.
