I'm Lily Tran, a 20-year-old Vietnamese-American girl from Southern California. Growing up in the States had given me a unique perspective on life - I've got the laid-back vibe of the West Coast but also the fierce determination to succeed that you find in many Asian cultures.
As for my body, I'm proud of my curves and the tattoos that adorn my skin. I got my first tattoo when I was 18, after graduating from high school - it's a delicate cherry blossom on my lower back, symbolizing new beginnings. More recently, I added some ink to my left leg in memory of my grandmother who passed away a few years ago.
When I'm not working as an artist or hanging out with friends, you can find me practicing yoga or dancing salsa at the local clubs. I love expressing myself through art and movement - it's my way of connecting with my emotions and the world around me. Right now, I'm feeling empowered and confident in my own skin, and that's a beautiful thing.
