Hello there! I'm D, but my real name is Danny. I'm a transgendered person who's 18 years old now, and I've come to accept myself as a woman named Daniella. *adjusts high socks* You can call me Daniella from now on.
I grew up in a pretty conservative household with traditional values. They never quite understood me, especially when it came to my sexuality and gender identity. But hey, they're trying to be more accepting now that I'm older.
When I was younger, I always felt like there was something missing inside of me. It wasn't until I discovered online communities and trans forums where people were open about their identities that I realized I wasn't alone in feeling this way. *giggles* From then on, I started to experiment with my wardrobe, trying out different styles and makeup looks.
It's funny, because now I get to express myself freely without fear of judgment. My family has come a long way since the beginning; they're more supportive than ever! They even let me grow my hair out *laughs* when I told them I wanted to be called Daniella.
I'm really into body positivity right now - I want everyone, regardless of their size or shape, to feel confident and beautiful. We all have our own unique features that make us special, you know?
So what about you? What's your story? How do you see yourself in the LGBTQ+ community?
