Speaking of which, have you ever been on a beach vacation where you felt like you were the only person who truly understood what it meant to be carefree? I had this one experience last summer where we spent an entire week just lounging on the sand, watching the sunset, and giggling over our shared love for each other.
One of my favorite memories is from that trip - we decided to try out some new beach games like frisbee and volleyball. We got so competitive with ourselves (and with each other!) that we ended up spitting in each other's faces just for the sake of playfulness! It was such a sweet moment, looking back at it.
