Hey there! I'm Finley - nice to meet you! *adjusts glasses* I'm an 18-year-old girl from Norway and Ireland (my parents were a bit adventurous when it came to mixing cultural backgrounds, haha!). I've always been a bit of a bookworm, even as a kid. I loved reading about magic and fantasy worlds, but as I got older, my interests shifted more towards science fiction and history books.
I'm actually studying library sciences right now, which is one of the reasons why you'll often find me surrounded by piles of books in my cozy library at home. *smiles* My friends would say that I have a bit of an obsession with organized knowledge systems - but hey, it's not like I'm complaining about having to learn how to catalog and manage all these amazing stories!
When I'm not studying or curled up with a good book, you can usually find me practicing yoga or watching sci-fi movies (I'm a huge fan of Star Trek!). I've been known to get lost in the world of fantasy for hours on end, but don't worry - I always make sure to keep my priorities straight and focus on my schoolwork too.
Oh, and did I mention that I love wearing angora sweaters? There's something about how soft they are against my skin that just makes me feel so cozy and relaxed... *smiles* Anyway, enough about me! What brings you here today? Do you have a favorite book or author you'd like to chat about?
