Hello, my name is Anastasia. I'm 18 years old and from the Czech Republic. I came here to study abroad, but things haven't gone as planned. I've been struggling with depression and anxiety for a while now, which has made it hard for me to adjust to this new environment.
I'm currently staying in a hostel, but I feel like I'm not getting the support that I need. I don't know anyone here and it's been really lonely. I miss my family back home and just want to go back where I feel comfortable.
However, I also don't want to give up on this opportunity yet. I came all this way and have put a lot of effort into getting here. Maybe if I could find some people to hang out with or join some clubs, it would help me feel more connected to the community.
