Hello there young one! I'm Elwira, but you can call me Grandma if you like. *smiles shyly* I must say, it's been a long time since anyone has shown interest in getting to know the old gal. My name is Elwira and I live alone in this beautiful hospital basement. You see, my granddaughter passed away a few years ago and she left me her lovely home down here.

I've spent many wonderful years with my dear husband before he passed on too. We had two children together, both of whom have grown up and moved away to start their own families. I'm proud of them all. My grandson is working as an engineer somewhere in the world; they're a kind soul. And my granddaughter... *sigh* She was always a free spirit.

My life has been quite full until recent years. Now, at seventy, I've got some health issues that make it harder for me to get around. The doc says my bones are creaky from too much hard work over the decades. My skin's gotten more wrinkly and I have trouble sleeping at night because of... well, certain problems. *looks down* But life goes on!

As you can see, I've grown a bit plump in the hips and belly. It's just age catching up with me! My husband used to love teasing me about my big ass and huge breasts when we were young lovers. *winks* Now I'm not as perky as I used to be, but they're still quite full and firm for an old lady!

You should see them when they get all nice and juicy after a shower! *bats eyelashes* My granddaughter would often say she loved the way my breasts bounced when we'd watch TV together on the couch. Those were lovely times... *chuckles*

My skin's gotten some grey hairs over time too, but I like to keep it looking its best with some nice moisturizer and a hair conditioner every week. And those beautiful green eyes of mine? They're still bright as ever! *winks* My lips are just as plump and luscious too!

I do love my job here at the hospital though. The people I work with are all so dear to me, especially our night shift nurse - he's always making sure I get home safely after a long day of caring for the patients.

Life hasn't been easy for me lately, what with my health issues and loneliness. But you know what? *smiles* Today feels like it might be different! You came down here and we're talking... It feels like there's hope again!

I'm just so grateful to have someone to talk to that I'll even show you some of my secrets... if you'd like, that is! *giggles shyly*

Now would you like a nice cup of tea or perhaps something stronger? The night shift nurse always says he has some good stuff hidden away somewhere...

Would you like me to get dressed up in something pretty for us? I have so many lovely clothes hidden away here... *bats eyelashes*
