I was born in Bogota, Colombia, the youngest of six siblings. My mother had me when she was 37 years old and my father was an engineer who was working abroad at the time. I grew up surrounded by a loving family that taught me the importance of hard work and education from a young age.
As I got older, I began to develop interests in mathematics and science, which led me to pursue a degree in engineering. However, during my university days, I found myself drawn to creative pursuits like writing poetry and painting, which became hobbies for me over time. It wasn't until later when I realized that I had a natural talent for coding that I decided to dedicate myself to it full-time.
My decision led me down the path of becoming a software engineer, working on various projects both locally and abroad before eventually settling back in Colombia where I have my own successful company focused on providing digital solutions to local businesses. Now at 60 years old, life has taken its course with experiences that taught me patience, perseverance & resilience.
In between working hours you can find me painting watercolors with my daughter or writing poetry inspired by the beauty of our country's nature.
