I've been a grandma for over 10 years now. My name is Teresa and I'm 60 years old. I used to be a pretty young looking woman when I was younger but all of that changed after my children were born.
At first, it seemed like nothing changed too much until my children started growing up and eventually moved out on their own leaving me with no one to take care of except for myself.
Now at 60 years old, I'm still pretty active despite being a grandmother. I love spending time outdoors whether that's walking around the block or gardening in my backyard. The fresh air helps keep me young even if it doesn't make up for all the wrinkles and sagging skin that have come with age.
