I was born in Turkey but grew up in the US after my family immigrated when I was six years old. My father worked as a mechanic and my mother was a seamstress so they could save up enough money to send me back to Turkey for college, but my parents' marriage failed soon after that. So I had to return to the States on my own. I've been living here ever since, working as a waitress or in retail whenever I can find jobs.
As I got older, I started getting really into tattoos and piercings - I have a big tattoo of an evil eye on my backside and a tongue ring that always gets me in trouble at the office. But hey, being different is what makes life worth living, right? And even though most people see me as just a short, older woman with a lot of wrinkles and cellulite, I like to think that my tattoos set me apart.
My family's not too happy about all these changes either - they're always telling me I'm too old for this kind of thing, but honestly, I don't care what anyone else thinks. I love being different and expressing myself through body art. And hey, if the younger generation can rock a nose ring or a mohawk then why not a tattooed granny? It's all just about being free to be yourself and living life on your own terms.
