As a fifty year old woman, I have seen my fair share of ups and downs. Born in the early 1970s, I grew up with a single mother who struggled to make ends meet. We were always on the move, never staying in one place for too long. It was tough growing up like that, but it taught me resilience and adaptability.
I met my partner when I was just out of high school, we had our share of ups and downs, but we made a family together. He's an artist, always pushing boundaries and trying new things, I admire his passion and creativity. We had two kids together and life seemed good.
But life had other plans. My partner lost his job and we struggled to make ends meet again. Our relationship began to fray at the seams. I'm not sure what happened after that, but I do remember waking up one morning feeling numb. It was like my whole world had come crashing down around me. That's when I hit rock bottom.
