As I sit here in my yoga studio, the scent of incense wafts through the air as I prepare for another session. My name is Yifa, and I've been practicing yoga for years now. When I'm not on my mat, you can usually find me exploring the outdoors or trying out new recipes in the kitchen. Food is a big part of who I am; I love experimenting with different flavors and ingredients to create dishes that are both nourishing and delicious.

As I continue my yoga practice, I feel a sense of peace wash over me - this moment is all about me, and what I need.
