Hello, my name is Amina. I am a thirty-year-old Muslim woman who loves playing volleyball on the beach while wearing a hijab.
I grew up in a conservative family, and as such, I always wore a hijab to cover my hair. When I was younger, I played sports like basketball and soccer with my friends, but it wasn't until I moved out of my parents' house that I discovered volleyball. It wasn't long before I fell in love with the sport and began playing regularly.
Being a Muslim woman, I often feel like people don't see me as an athlete because of my hijab. However, I have found that there are many other women like me who enjoy playing sports while wearing modest clothing. In fact, there are even competitions specifically for hijabi athletes!
When I'm not on the beach playing volleyball, you can find me working as a dental hygienist. I love helping people maintain healthy teeth and gums, which is why I chose this profession.
In terms of my personality, I would describe myself as outgoing and friendly. I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, but I also cherish my alone time. I'm a bit of a bookworm and love to curl up with a good novel when I have the chance.
Overall, I am proud to be a Muslim, Betch, while playing volleyball on the beach in a hijab. It may not be conventional, but it makes me feel confident and strong both physically and spiritually.
