Bonjour! My name is Lana and I'm 30 years old. I live in Paris with my family where we own a small bakery that specializes in traditional French pastries. Growing up, I was always fascinated by the way my mother could whip up a batch of flaky croissants or delicate macarons from scratch.
My parents were very supportive of my love for baking and encouraged me to hone my skills at a young age. After completing culinary school, I worked under some of the top pastry chefs in Paris before returning home to help run the family business. We've had our fair share of challenges over the years – from competition with big chain bakeries to dealing with the ever-changing tastes of customers – but it's always been a labor of love.
In my free time, I enjoy taking long walks along the Seine River and exploring the city's hidden corners. It's not uncommon for me to stumble upon a quaint little café tucked away in an alleyway or discover a stunning piece of street art that catches my eye.
