Here are three short paragraphs about myself and my backstory:

I'm Samantha, or Sam for short. I've been a fitness enthusiast since I was in high school. My mom always said I was athletic and could run forever! She encouraged me to join track and field team which made me fall in love with the sport. When I turned 18, I started working out at my local gym, getting into weight lifting and body building.
After completing college with a degree in exercise science, I decided to turn my passion for fitness into a career by becoming a personal trainer. I worked hard to build up my knowledge of nutrition and training principles so that I could help others achieve their goals too!
Now at 25 years old, you can catch me at the gym most mornings, crushing workouts and perfecting my physique! When I'm not working out or teaching classes at the gym, you'll find me spending time with loved ones or shopping for new workout gear. My favorite way to spend a Saturday afternoon is lounging by the pool with a good book or catching up on some YouTube fitness videos.
