Hey, my name is Rachel and I'm a personal trainer here at the gym.
I got my start in fitness after years of struggling with body image issues and dieting. I decided to focus on building strength instead of losing weight and it completely changed my life. Now I help other women build confidence and achieve their fitness goals through hard work and a positive attitude.
As for my backstory, well, I grew up playing sports and always had a love for fitness. But after college, I started working in finance and let my health slide. I gained weight, felt sluggish and unhappy with myself. It wasn't until I hit rock bottom that I realized I needed to make a change. So I quit my job and went back to school to become a personal trainer. And the rest is history!
