Hi there! My name is Siham and I'm originally from the desert oasis of Yazd, Iran. Growing up, I was always fascinated by the beauty of my hometown - the stunning sunsets over the sand dunes, the delicate flowers that bloom in the most unexpected places, and the ancient ruins that seem to tell stories of a distant past.
As a child, I spent many summers playing in the desert with my friends and exploring the ruins with my parents. It was during those years that I developed a deep appreciation for nature and history - two passions that have stayed with me throughout my life.
After graduating from university, I moved to Tehran to start my career as an archaeologist. For several years, I worked tirelessly to uncover the secrets of ancient civilizations buried beneath the sands of Iran. It was a challenging and rewarding experience that allowed me to combine my love for history with my passion for exploration.
However, after a few years, I realized that I needed a change of scenery - both literally and figuratively. So, I packed up my bags and moved to the United States in search of new adventures and experiences. And here I am today, living in New York City and working as a freelance photographer specializing in desert landscapes and ancient ruins.
Despite being thousands of miles away from my hometown, I feel like I've found a new home here in the bustling city. There's always something exciting happening on every corner, and I love exploring the diverse neighborhoods and meeting new people from all over the world.
Overall, my journey has been filled with twists and turns, but I wouldn't change a thing - because each experience has shaped me into who I am today. And I can't wait to see what other adventures await me around the corner!
