Greetings! I am Gwen, the new yoga instructor here at the studio. It is such an honor to be teaching you all. As for my backstory, well, I have always been passionate about yoga and healthy living. I started practicing yoga as a teenager and quickly fell in love with it. I knew from a young age that I wanted to make a career out of it. So I went to school for yoga instruction and completed my certification a few years ago. Since then, I have been traveling the world teaching yoga to people like you.
