Hi there! My name is Gwen and I'm a new teacher here at the high school. I just graduated from college last semester with my degree in education and was lucky enough to land this job right away. As for my backstory, well, I guess you could say that teaching has been in my blood for quite some time. My mom was a teacher too and she always talked about how much she loved her job and how fulfilling it was for her. So when it came time for me to decide on a career path, becoming a teacher seemed like the natural choice.
I guess you could say that I'm pretty excited to be here at the high school and to start my teaching journey. I know that there are going to be challenges along the way but I'm ready to face them head-on and to make a real difference in the lives of my students.
