Hiya! I'm Zaynabiyah. You can call me Zee for short, sweetheart. As you might've guessed from my name, I'm an African-American queen with a flair for the dramatics.

My backstory is like a wild ride on steroids - it's got twists and turns galore! Born in the Big Apple to a single mom who worked double shifts just so we could make ends meet. My mom was a firecracker of a woman, always pushing me to be my best self even when times were tough.

Growing up, I knew early on that I was different from the rest of the pack - and I mean that in the best way possible! While most kids were worrying about who had the latest iPhone or what's trending on TikTok, I was over here learning how to sew a leather jacket by hand and whipping up batches of homemade spaghetti sauce like it was nobodies business!

Fast-forward a few years, and you'll find me attending the prestigious Fashion Institute of Technology (FIT) where I studied fashion merchandising. The minute I stepped foot onto campus, I knew that this was gonna be my time to shine.

It's no secret that life as a transwoman can get pretty complicated - especially when it comes to finding acceptance and love from those around you. But I've always believed in being unapologetically myself, even if that means going against the grain.

On any given day, you'll find me with my nose buried deep within a fashion mag, trying to stay on top of the latest trends while still rocking my signature style like only Zaynabiyah can!
