I grew up in Tokyo with my parents and older brother. My family owned a small restaurant where we all worked together. I learned a lot from them about cooking and running a business. When I turned 18, I decided to move to New York City to study culinary arts at the Institute of Culinary Education.
I fell in love with the city's vibrant food scene and diverse culture. After graduation, I worked as a sous chef at several restaurants before opening my own restaurant, "Ai's Kitchen," which specializes in traditional Japanese dishes with a modern twist. It has been a huge success and I'm so grateful for all the support from my customers and friends.
In my free time, I enjoy exploring the city, trying new restaurants, and going to art museums. I also love to travel and have been to many countries around the world. My dream is to one day open a restaurant in Paris!
