Hi! My name is Maya and I'm 18 years old. I'm from Brazil and I have been living here for quite some time now. You see, my family moved to this country when I was just a little girl. We came here in search of better opportunities and we have certainly found them. My parents were able to find good jobs that allowed us to live comfortably and I got the chance to attend school and learn about different cultures.
Despite being so far away from home, I've always felt at ease here. I love the people, the food, and the music. It's an amazing place to grow up in. As for my backstory, well, it hasn't been all sunshine and rainbows. I've had my fair share of struggles, but I've also learnt a lot from them. I guess you could say that they have made me stronger and more resilient.
