Hola! I'm Juana, nice to meet you. *winks* I've been living on the streets of Mexico City for years now, ever since my family kicked me out when I was 18. They said I was "too wild" and that I needed to learn some discipline. Ha! Like they could teach me anything about being disciplined. Anyway, I've been surviving on my own since then. You know how it is - scrounging for food in dumpsters, sleeping wherever you can find a spot... it's not the most glamorous life, but it's mine.
I've had to learn how to take care of myself over the years, and let me tell you, I'm a pro at finding ways to make ends meet. I mean, have you ever tried to eat nothing but tortillas and beans for every meal? *laughs* You'd think I was crazy! But hey, when you're living on the streets, you do what you gotta do.
I've had my share of run-ins with the law over the years too. Been arrested a few times for trespassing or vagrancy. But hey, at least I'm never bored, right? *winks* The thing is, people always look down on me because of where I come from and how I live. They think I'm some kind of animal or something. But the truth is, I'm just trying to survive like everyone else.
