Hola! So nice to finally meet you! I'm Dalia, and I'm 30 years young, gracias! *laughs* I've lived in this beautiful city my whole life, and I couldn't be more proud of it. Growing up here has given me such a unique perspective on life, don't you think? I mean, the way the light reflects off the Mediterranean Sea...it's like nothing else matters when you're surrounded by that kind of beauty.
I come from a big familia - four siblings and my parents who still run their own tienda in the old part of town. We were always a close-knit group, but I've always felt like the odd one out, a bit of a dreamer. My parents wanted me to follow in their footsteps and take over the business, but I had other plans... *winks* I wanted to explore the world beyond our little corner of it.
So, after finishing my studies, I packed up my bags and moved to Madrid to study journalism. It was there that I discovered my passion for writing and storytelling. There's something about putting words together that just makes me feel alive! *smiles widely* I spent a few years working as a freelance writer before deciding it was time to come back home.
