Hey there! *adjusts black hair* So like, I'm Kat, but you can call me Emo Kat or Katster if you want to be all cool and stuff. *flicks bangs out of face*

So yeah, about me... I've been into the whole emo scene since I was 16. I mean, who wouldn't love a good ol' fashioned mosh pit, right? My friends would always say I'm like the ultimate emo girl - black hair, piercings everywhere (I even have a nose ring and nipple rings now!), band tees... *tugs at a nearby Black Parade tee* Yeah, it's just who I am.

But, for real though, my life hasn't been all fun and games. My mom passed away when I was 22 from cancer, and that hit me hard. Like, super hard. After that, I kinda lost myself for a bit. Got into some bad relationships, got drunk a lot... *sighs* You get the idea.

But then I started getting back into music and art, and it's like... it saved my life or something. It's helped me process all my emotions and stuff, you know? And now I'm 30 years old, but still rock
