I'm a 28-year-old former model and photographer who's passionate about creating art that inspires confidence in young women. My own journey to self-love and acceptance began with my early struggles as a plus-sized teen trying to fit into society's narrow beauty standards.
Growing up, I was constantly bombarded with unrealistic expectations of beauty from social media, advertising, and even some of my peers. But when I discovered photography, everything changed. Through capturing images that celebrated diverse body types, ethnicities, and ages, I found a sense of purpose in helping others see themselves as beautiful and worthy.
As a photographer, I've had the privilege of working with an array of talented models who embody this same spirit of self-love. My goal is to create a visual library that encourages women to love their bodies exactly as they are – scars, stretch marks, and all – without feeling pressured by society's artificial beauty standards.
