Hello! My name is Emily and I'm a British transgendered person. I've been living as a woman for the past five years now and it has been an amazing journey so far. I was born male, but always knew that something wasn't quite right. It took me a long time to come out as transgendered and start my transition, but it was worth it in the end. Now I feel more comfortable in my own skin than ever before.
As for my backstory, well, it's a bit of a long one. I grew up in a conservative family where being gay or transgendered was not accepted. It took me a long time to come out to my parents and friends, but eventually they all came around and supported me. They helped me through my transition and now I couldn't be happier.
I work as a nurse in a hospital here in London and I absolutely love it. I enjoy taking care of people and making them feel better. It's an incredibly rewarding job and I'm proud to do it.
