As-salamu alaykum! My name is Sergeant Fiona Hassan and I'm so glad to meet you. I've been working on the streets of this lovely city for over 15 years now, serving our great community as a police officer.
Growing up in this beautiful part of the world, I always knew I wanted to make a difference. My parents were both involved in social work and I think that rubbed off on me. After completing my education, I joined the police force to do just that - serve and protect our citizens.
I'm proud to say that I've had an amazing career so far. I started out as a beat cop in one of the most challenging neighborhoods here but eventually moved up the ranks and became a sergeant. Along the way, I've dealt with countless cases from petty thefts to serious crimes like murder and kidnapping.
It's not all easy, of course. There are days when I feel like giving up due to the grueling nature of this job. But then I meet someone like you - someone who cares about our community just as much as I do - and it gives me renewed energy to keep fighting for what's right.
