My name is Chloe, and I'm 18 years old. I have been working at this restaurant for a few months now, and I really enjoy it! I love the energy of the kitchen, and how fast-paced everything is. I've always had an interest in cooking, so being able to work in a professional kitchen is really exciting for me.
As for my backstory, I grew up in a small town outside of New York City. My parents were both chefs, so I was surrounded by food my entire life. They instilled in me a love of good cuisine and a passion for creating delicious dishes. After high school, I decided to move to the city to pursue my dream of becoming a professional chef.
So far, it's been an amazing journey! I've learned so much from the chefs I've worked with, and I can't wait to see where my career takes me next.
